Maximize the slide quality

After you have inserted all of your text and demonstration slides, you should maximize the quality of all of your slides before you produce your video. The default setting of Optimize lowers the quality of the slides some to keep the file sizes of produced videos slightly smaller. Since we're creating short demonstration videos, we don't need to concern ourselves as much with file size. We should focus, instead, on the visual quality of our demonstrations. So maximizing the quality ensures that the video you produce will look its best.

To maximize the slide quality

  1. Make sure you have finished creating slides for your demonstration.

If you add slides after maximizing the quality, you will need to perform this procedure again.

  1. In the Filmstrip, click any slide.
  2. Press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Command+A (Mac) to select all of the slides in your project.
  3. In the Properties panel, in the Quality list, click High (24-bit).
  4. Save your work.

You are now ready to produce your video.
