Due date: September 25

Lesson 8

  • At the beginning of the lesson, click Update Links when prompted.
  • On pages 214–15, don't complete the "Adding a color theme to your CC Library" section, unless you want to see how the feature works.
  • On page 229, step 2, notice that the Lavender/White swatch may not move into the Dark_Theme group folder. This is a known problem, so if it doesn't work, don't worry about it. You'll also see the cyan color outside the Dark_Theme group folder, which is also okay.
  • Don't complete the "Exploring on your own" section at the end of the lesson.

Lesson 9

  • Don't complete the "Exploring on your own" section at the end of the lesson.

Lesson 13

  • On page 353, step 3, if you change the file name, be sure to include the .txt file extension as part of the file name.
  • On page 360, step 2, follow the marginal note to set your Printer to PostScript® File, and then set the PPD to Adobe PDF.
  • Read the "Exploring on your own" section at the end, but you don't need to complete the exercise.
